The proven concept successful in Russia
The life insurance company CiV Life is based in Moscow. Its shareholders are Talanx, with a 90% share, and Proactiv Holding AG with 10%. The Russian company CiV Life was set up in the same way as the German Bancassurance companies (TARGO Versicherungen, formally CiV Versicherungen).
CiV Life Russia was founded in April 2007. The Citigroup partner has been active in the Russian market since 1994 and would like to strongly expand its branch sector. Market forecast: An average growth rate of 35-40% is forecast in the life insurance sector over the next few years.
